We want you to love your hair. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of lightly used products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the product in its original packaging or a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receipt.
